In this 8 week course, you and your partner will gain information all about pregnancy, birth and newborn care. Classes are led by a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Certified Lactation Counselor. Get the best information for your birth from the pros who are supporting these families daily. Course coverage includes: ~Taking care of you and your baby through pregnancy ~3 Stages of Labor- What to expect and Body Ready Method physiological comfort measures ~Pushing Prep from a Pelvic Floor PT ~Newborn Care ~Breastfeeding Instruction from a Certified Lactation Counselor ~Planning a better Postpartum period Price includes weekly classes for you and your partner lasting 1.5 - 2 hours each.
